This A105 API 5L Gr B threaded pipe fitting set includes multiple fitting types. The forged threaded branch outlets follow MSS SP-97, Class 3000 rating, available in 4″×1″ and 4″×3/4″ sizes with butt weld run end and NPT branch thread, forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel. Matching A105 hex pipe plugs, size 1″, Class3000 and ASME B16.11 NPT threads are also included to seal unused branch openings.

The threaded pipe nipples within this A105 API 5L Gr B threaded pipe fitting package are manufactured to API 5L Grade B, SCH80 wall. Configurations cover both double-ended NPT thread and single-end NPT thread with plain end. Sizes range from 3/4″,1″,2″ up to 4″, with custom lengths of 6 inch and 10 inch. These nipples adopt seamless or ERW construction with rush finish, machined with precise NPT threads to prevent leakage under working pressure.
