The order comprises four distinct size and schedule combinations, tailored to match varying pressure ratings across the main run and branch lines. The configurations include a 1″ outlet on a 3–6″ run at SCH80S, a 1″ outlet on a 6–8″ run at SCH80S × SCH40, a 2″ outlet on a 6″ run at SCH80S × SCH40S, and a 2″ outlet on a 4″ run at SCH80S × SCH40S. Forged from ASTM A182 Grade F51 (UNS S31803) duplex stainless steel, each A182 F51 butt weld branch outlet undergoes solution heat treatment to control ferrite content within 35–60%, delivering a balanced mix of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance ideal for Gulf region sour service conditions.

Strict qualification procedures are applied across the entire production route to guarantee compliance with the project’s technical specifications. Every A182 F51 butt weld branch outlet is subject to 100% positive material identification (PMI) to confirm material integrity and rule out carbon steel cross-contamination. ASTM G48 pitting corrosion testing verifies a pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) of at least 35, meeting the requirements of NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. Low-temperature toughness is validated via Charpy V-notch testing at -46°C, with results showing a minimum of 45J and average of 35J. All units also conform to DPE DP-P-4 and DP-P-40 specifications for dimensional accuracy and material performance.

Each shipment is released with a full documentation package, including BS EN 10204 Type 3.1 material test certificates, detailed corrosion and impact test reports, and formal compliance declarations.
