Haihao Group assists turkish client with high-quality pipe system products

Haihao Group, with over 40 years of dedicated expertise in the pipeline system field, has recently collaborated with a valued client from Turkey. This esteemed client, with whom we have partnered on multiple occasions, placed an order for a batch of pipe system products, including pipe caps, pipe clamps, 45° long radius elbows, socket weld 90° elbows, concentric reducers, and socket weld lateral tees.

The materials specified for this order encompass ASTM A234 Gr.WP11 CL.2, ASTM A234 Gr.WP22 CL.3, and ASTM A234 Gr.WP91. The client has presented detailed requirements for these three materials:

WP11 CL.2 material performance:

Minimum tensile strength: 485 MPa

Minimum yield strength: 205 MPa

Heat treatment: Annealing or Normalizing + Tempering. The heat treatment temperature is to be executed according to the standard.

WP22 CL.3 material performance:

Minimum tensile strength: 520 MPa

Minimum yield strength: 310 MPa

Heat treatment: Annealing or Normalizing + Tempering. The heat treatment temperature is to be executed according to the standard.

WP91 material performance:

Final heat treatment should involve normalizing at a minimum of 1040℃, with tempering carried out at temperatures not below 730℃.
