Recently, an Iranian customer entrusted a third-party quality inspection agency to conduct a comprehensive quality assessment of the coating on the pipes ordered from our factory. We are thrilled to announce that our products have successfully passed this rigorous inspection with flying colors.

Quality Inspection for Coating Excellence:

The quality inspection mainly focused on the coating applied to the pipes, an essential element to ensure their longevity and performance in various applications. The third-party inspection encompassed three critical aspects:

Thickness Measurement: The coating thickness is a crucial parameter that directly impacts the pipes’ protection and resilience against environmental factors. Our customer specified a coating thickness of 406um, and we are proud to state that the measured thickness met this requirement precisely.

Adhesion Test: Coating adhesion is paramount to prevent premature wear and damage. Our customer requested a minimum adhesion of 300psi. Our coating showed remarkable adherence to the pipes, surpassing the customer’s expectations.

Electrostatic Test: To ensure the coating’s uniformity and consistent coverage, an electrostatic test was conducted. This process revealed the flawless distribution of the coating on the entire surface of the pipes, adding to the product’s durability and reliability.
