Haihao Group provides high-quality pipe fittings products to meet the stringent requirements of UAE customers

At the beginning of this year, a valued client from the United Arab Emirates placed a substantial order with Haihao Group, totaling over 11 tons of pipe fittings and flanges. The order comprised tee joints, elbows, flanges, steel pipes, as well as accompanying bolts, nuts, and gaskets. The client set forth specific requirements for these products, emphasizing seamless curvature for the fittings, precise alignment for the flanges, and the application of heat treatment for enhanced material durability. Additionally, they requested the inclusion of end caps for the pipes and flange covers for the flanges, all to be meticulously packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

The seamless steel pipes were specified with a wall thickness tolerance of +/- 10% (with a weight tolerance preferably within 5%), a fixed length of 11.8 meters, beveled edges, and wooden crate packaging, complete with end caps. Quality control measures were paramount, with all products subjected to testing in an ISO 17025 certified laboratory, accompanied by detailed reports.

The material specifications for the fittings were as follows:

A105:

Carbon (C) ≤ 0.23%, Sulfur (S) ≤ 0.020%, Phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.025%, Carbon Equivalent (CE) ≤ 0.43%; all other aspects in adherence to A105 standards.

Hardness not exceeding 187 HBW.

ASTM A234 GR.WPB:

Carbon (C) ≤ 0.23%, Seamless fittings Sulfur (S) ≤ 0.010%, Phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.025%, Carbon Equivalent (CE) ≤ 0.43%; all other aspects complying with A234 standards.

Hardness not exceeding 250 HV10.

Mechanical properties meeting SS316 standards, and elemental content meeting 316L criteria.
