Haihao Group has completed full inspection and bulk shipment of customized forged pipe fittings for a Singapore energy and process piping project. This shipment features diversified MSS SP-95 WPHY65 swage nipple configurations, serving as core transition fittings for on-site pipe diameter adjustment. We supplied both concentric and eccentric swage nipples with unique bevel-to-plain end designs, covering 2”×3/4” and 2”×1” sizes in STD×S-160 heavy wall thickness. AllMSS SP-95 WPHY65 swage nipple units adopt seamless forging technology and comply with NACE standards, ideal for sour service pipeline environments.

Complementing the swage nipples, the batch includes multiple MSS SP-97 F65 branch outlet fittings for reinforced pipeline branch connections. Fabricated from ASTM A694 F65 high-strength carbon steel, these butt-weld branch outlets cover size combinations of 2”×8”, 2”×14”, 2”×10” and 4”×10”, with customized wall thicknesses matching STD industrial grades. Each MSS SP-97 F65 branch outlet delivers stable structural reinforcement for high-pressure main pipe branching.

For low-temperature pipeline sections, we configured professional ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 forged fittings, including 6000# socket weld branch outlets and 3/4” 90-degree socket weld elbows manufactured per ASME B16.11. These low-temperature resistant fittings perfectly coordinate with high-strength WPHY65 and F65 components, forming a complete forged fitting system that adapts to complex temperature and pressure working conditions of Singapore industrial pipelines.

All forged fittings in this order undergo unified surface protection treatment with anti-rust oil to prevent oxidation and corrosion during marine transportation and long-term storage.
