Haihao Group Delivers NACE & AXENS Compliant Sour Service Fittings to USA
Haihao Group has completed precision manufacturing and full-qualification delivery of custom sour service pipe fittings for a US-based refinery project. This specialized batch is strictly engineered to meet dual technical specifications of NACE MR0103 and AXENS IN-043 (2020), targeting wet hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen-induced cracking working conditions common in hydrocarbon processing systems.
All units in this shipment are verified NACE MR0103 pipe fitting products, divided into two core anti-corrosion grades: Category 1 for wet H₂S corrosion resistance and Category 2 for strict HIC hydrogen induced cracking resistance. Material chemical composition control serves as the core technical advantage of this batch of NACE MR0103 pipe fitting. For ASTM A105 forged carbon steel components including socket weld plugs and MSS SP-97 branch outlets, we strictly limited phosphorus content within 0.025% and sulfur content below 0.020%. For ASTM A106 Gr.B seamless pipe nipples, the maximum phosphorus threshold is 0.030% and sulfur is controlled under 0.010%, far exceeding conventional industrial fitting standards.
The product lineup covers diversified structural and dimensional specifications to adapt to complex on-site piping layouts. The portfolio includes socket weld round head plugs, BW branch outlets, short stub branch outlets, and custom seamless pipe nipples with differentiated end designs – plain beveled ends, single threaded & single beveled ends, and double beveled ends.
