This customized order consists of three types of non-standard pipe connectors, fully manufactured per client technical drawings. The batch includes Connection 70 and Connection 100 adopting Russian standard GOST 321 stainless connector material 08X18H10T, while Connection 78 is produced from ASTM A479 310H high-temperature stainless steel. This mixed material configuration precisely matches the differentiated operating parameter requirements of on-site equipment pipelines.

To eliminate internal defects and guarantee stable service performance, all raw steel bars for the GOST 321 stainless connector and 310H connectors undergo 100% ultrasonic testing before production. Zero defect raw material screening serves as the primary quality control step, ensuring every finished connector features uniform internal structure and reliable mechanical stability for long-term industrial operation.

Material chemical composition is strictly controlled in line with authoritative standards. The 08X18H10T (AISI321) material complies with GOST 5632-2014, with carbon limited ≤0.08%, chromium 17–19%, nickel 9–11% and titanium content controlled within 5×C to 0.7%. The 310H material follows ASTM A479, with carbon ranging 0.04–0.1%, chromium 24–26% and nickel 19–22%, delivering excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance.

All GOST 321 stainless connector products receive professional heat treatment at 1020–1100°C, followed by air, oil or water cooling for microstructure optimization. Verified by standardized mechanical tests, the finished fittings achieve tensile strength ≥490 N/mm², yield strength ≥196 N/mm², elongation ≥40%, section shrinkage ≥55% and Brinell hardness ≤179, fully meeting GOST 2590-2006 and GOST 5949-2018 requirements.

Corrosion resistance verification is completed for the entire batch. Both GOST 321 stainless connector and ASTM A479 310H connectors pass ASTM A262 Method E intergranular corrosion tests, effectively avoiding grain boundary corrosion failure in complex industrial environments.
