ASTM A860 WPHY 52 24” 90 Degree Long Radius Elbows Supplied to Singapore LNG Project

At Haihao Group, we recently completed a customized production order of 24-inch ASTM A860 WPHY 52 Long Radius Elbows for one of our long-term clients in Singapore. These elbows are specifically designed for use in demanding pipeline systems, such as those handling LNG, where toughness, strength, and durability are non-negotiable.

For this project, the elbows went through a quenching and tempering (Q+T) process to ensure excellent impact resistance and mechanical performance at low temperatures—conditions typical in LNG transport.

To protect the products during storage and shipping, each elbow was finished with black paint and sealed with plastic end caps—a small detail that helps prevent corrosion and keeps the pipe ends clean and damage-free until installation on site.
