Chemical Composition Requirements:

Carbon (C): ≤0.30%

Manganese (Mn): 0.29-1.06%

Phosphorus (P): ≤0.025%

Sulfur (S): ≤0.025%

Silicon (Si): ≥0.10%

Nickel (Ni): ≤0.40%

Chromium (Cr): ≤0.30%

Copper (Cu): ≤0.40%

Vanadium (V): ≤0.08%

Niobium (Nb): ≤0.02%

Molybdenum (Mo): ≤0.12%

For every 0.01% decrease in carbon content, manganese content can increase by 0.05%, up to 1.35%.

Heat Treatment Requirements:

1.Normalizing at temperatures above 815°C.

2.Normalizing at temperatures above 815°C followed by tempering.

3.Hot forming between 845-945°C followed by furnace cooling above 845°C (applicable for seamless pipes only).

4.Tempering after processing according to option 3.

5.Tempering after quenching at temperatures above 815°C.

6.Mechanical Property Requirements:

Yield Strength: ≥240 MPa

Tensile Strength: ≥415 MPa
