The basic forming technological process of large-size pushing elbow is as follows:firstly,a polygonal ring shell with polygonal cross-section or a polygonal fan shell with closed ends is welded.When the pressure medium is filled inside,the internal pressure is applied.Under the internal pressure,the cross-section gradually changes from polygonal to circular,and finally becomes a circular ring shell.This is the process of large-size pushing elbow.

According to the requirement,a circular ring shell can be cut into four 90 degree elbows or six 60 degree elbows or other elbows with other specifications.This process is suitable for manufacturing any large-scale pushing elbows with the ratio of the intermediate diameter of elbows to the inside diameter of elbows greater than 1.5.It is an ideal method for manufacturing large-scale elbows at present.This process is used in the production of different elbows, showing good value in different fields.
