Haihao Group has completed production and shipment of forged threaded pipe fittings for a pipeline client in Russia. This batch combines galvanized equal threaded tees and stainless steel hex pipe plugs, manufactured strictly in accordance with client drawing requirements and MESC project specifications.
The ASTM A350 LF2 Class1 threaded tee is the key component within this consignment. The ASTM A350 LF2 Class1 threaded tee is forged to ASME B16.11, rated Class 3000, DN50, fitted with NPT threads following ASME B1.20.1. The ASTM A350 LF2 Class1 threaded tee receives hot-dip galvanized coating complying with ASTM A153 Class B / BS729, providing robust corrosion protection for field piping systems. The ASTM A350 LF2 Class1 threaded tee meets MESC SPE 76/211 requirements and is supplied with ISO 10474-3.1B material test certificates to simplify Russian project acceptance.
