For Forks, although the customer provided us with drawings, the data is not very reasonable after review by our technical department. Compared with our standards, the size and thickness provided by the customer are relatively small. In this case, load bearing may be a problem, and we are also worried about the risks in actual use. Therefore, after comprehensive consideration, it is considered that the cross-sectional area under stress needs to be increased, so the thickness is increased and the length is reduced to ensure the quality and rationality of use.

Take D20 as an example, as shown in Figure 1, the drawing is provided by customer, and Figure 2 is the adjustment diagram made by our technicians considering the actual connection.

So we discussed the forks drawings in detail with the customer’s engineering department. In the end, the customer also thinks that we are more considerate and the design is more reasonable. The approval allows us to arrange production according to our suggested drawings.
