Haihao Group Delivers ASME B16.9 SA-420 WPL6 90° Elbows for Low-Temperature Pipeline Project in Indonesia

Haihao Group has recently completed the production and shipment of a batch of ASME B16.9 WPL6 elbow products for an industrial customer in Indonesia. The order includes large-diameter 90° Long Radius (LR) and 90° Short Radius (SR) butt weld elbows manufactured from SA-420 WPL6 low-temperature carbon steel, designed for demanding pipeline systems where toughness and reliability at sub-zero temperatures are essential.

To satisfy the project specifications, every fitting underwent controlled heat treatment, 100% radiographic testing (RT), post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) verification, and comprehensive EN 10204 Type 3.2 inspection. The elbows were also supplied with pipe end protection caps and preserved back weld reinforcement to ensure both transportation safety and welding performance on site.
