Completion of production of Tension Rod Sky Lights 1

For the production of Tension Rod Sky Lights, the production of Forks and Lock Nuts was completed in the previous article. After about a month, the whole set of products was finally produced. The assembly drawing is as follows:

Completion of production of Tension Rod Sky Lights

A complete set of quantity is 1 Rod : 2 Forks (except for two special items in the order which are 1:1). 1 Fork: 1 Pin: 1 Lock Nut : 2 Cover plates : 2 Bolts.

The bolts are made of stainless steel material, the Pins are made of 4140 material, and the Cover plates are made of S235 material. However, in order to prevent rust, we have done electrophoretic color zinc plating for the Pins and Cover plates after production.

It can be seen from the assembly pictures above that Pin is inserted into the Fork hole to connect the Forks with other equipment. The Cover plates are respectively installed on Forks both sides of the hole where the Pins are inserted, and then fixed with bolts. The Lock nuts are screwed on the position where the Rod is connected with the Forks to play a fixed role. This is such a complete set of Tension Rod Sky Lights and its application method.
