Haihao Group Supplies Comprehensive Piping Components Package to Côte d’Ivoire Industrial Project

Haihao Group has successfully completed the production and shipment of a comprehensive piping components package to a major industrial project in Côte d’Ivoire. The order includes a diverse range of carbon steel pipe fittings, threaded outlets, flange gaskets, and galvanized bolts, all manufactured and inspected in accordance with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, and MSS.

The supplied components include:

Threaded Double Nipples – 1/2″ × 100 mm, SCH160, made from ASTM A106 Gr. B, with threaded ends for high-pressure connections.

Threaded Branch Outlet (Threadolet) – 2″ × 1/2″, 3000#, manufactured from ASTM A105 carbon steel, ensuring reliable branch connections under elevated pressure.

Concentric Reducer – 4″ × 2″, SCH120, produced from ASTM A234 WPB, providing smooth diameter transitions for process pipelines.

Spiral Wound Gasket RF – 2″ 150#, 4.5 mm thick, made of SS316 inner and outer rings, designed for excellent sealing and corrosion resistance in flanged joints.

Oval Gasket – 4″, made of soft iron, suitable for high-temperature and pressure-resistant sealing applications.

Heavy-Duty Stud Bolts with Hex Nuts (Hot-Dip Galvanized) – 1-1/8″ × 180 mm and 5/8″ × 95 mm, manufactured from ASTM A193 Gr. B7 / A194 Gr. 2H, offering outstanding tensile strength and corrosion protection.

U-Bolts with PTFE Rubber Pads and Nuts (Hot-Dip Galvanized) – 2″, made from Q235B carbon steel, providing secure and insulated support for pipelines.

Each item was produced under strict quality control, ensuring full compliance with ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11, and MSS SP-97 dimensional standards. All products come with Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) and complete traceability documentation, guaranteeing performance and reliability in demanding environments.
