Packing for the Tension Rod Sky Lights

The production of Tension Rod Sky Lights project is really not easy, with long time and high cost. Therefore, we also spent some thoughts on the packaging after completion. At first, we planned to complete the assembly and packaging of each Rod, so that the end user can receive the goods neatly and each specification is clear.

However, considering that some Rods are relatively long, if Forks and other accessories are assembled at both ends, the force on the Rod will be uneven, heavy at both ends and light in the middle, which is not conducive to maintenance during long-term transportation. In addition, if the assembly is completed, the end user needs to disassemble and then install at the construction site, which is also a waste of time. So we finally decided to pack the parts separately. See the following pictures for product packaging.

Packing for the Tension Rod Sky Lights

The Cover plates and Pins shall be placed neatly in the wooden box and fixed with wood blocks and foam paper. The Bolts are packed in cartons. The Forks, Rods and Lock nuts are packed separately, and each layer is fixed with foam paper and wood blocks. The packages are also exquisite enough to match the perfect products.
