Inspection for general requirements

One of the most comprehensive order for the experiment this year is a regular client in Iran. The technical requirements in the PO are very strict and detailed.

Such as general requirements:

MAXIMUM THICKNESS IS 15% ABOVE THE NOMINAL THICKNESS

MTC INCLUDING CHEMICAL ANALYSIS, MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND HEAT TREATMENT IS REQUIRED

These requirements are basically qualified under the inspection of the third-party PGP. Only a few fittings have a thickness of slightly more than 15%. Because larger-sized fittings can only be butt welded with a thicker plate. After completion, the wall thickness will be reduced to the standard range at the bevel at both ends of the pipe, so that they can be welded with pipes normally.

For example, this item in the order: Reducer Eccentric 28″ *20″ , ASME B16.9 , BW*BW , NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 , SSCC&HIC , S-STD*S*20 , ASTM A 234 GR.WPB Wrought W

In fact, the ends are within the tolerance range after processing, and the thickness of the body is larger. After explaining it with the client, they can fully understand and accept it.

And for “MTC INCLUDING CHEMICAL ANALYSIS, MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND HEAT TREATMENT” this is absolutely ok and fully meets the requirements.
