TENSION ROD 20 WITH TWO NUTS

After the regular customer in Pakistan ordered complex skylight tension rods, they purchased another relatively simple goods – Tension Rod 20 with two nuts. According to the drawings and descriptions given by the customer, this product is equivalent to that there is no Forks and other accessories of skylight tension rods. Only the rods with threads at both ends, but there is no distinction between positive and negative threads, then the threads are equipped with the nuts.

The product description is Rod 20 with Two Nuts (Material Grade S235JR), Both Ends Threaded Length as per 150mm. And the suggested drawing provided by the customer is as follows:

This product is a relatively simple one, that is, round steel, threaded at both ends, and equipped with nuts. It is basically the same as stud bolts with nuts, except that the general bolts are not so long. These lengths are all more than 1m and less than 4m. Only one item has a total length of 254MM. In this case, it does not meet the requirement of 150mm thread at both ends. After feedback with the customer, they suggested that this item should be full thread.
